Management controls employees out of fear., and if you are not a favorite or minority run do not walk! After working there for almost 6 years I was told I am NOT doing my job correctly. Even though they will never admit to discrimination, I am seeking law counseling advice To see what the repercussions will be. I feel that many False accusations were brought against me all because of my sexual orientation. Oh and by the way management cooks their books! Just a matter of time before their house of cards collapses. Do not waste your time with this Mickey Mouse insurance company as they are a small fish in a huge pond trying to gasp for air.

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
