Career progression has nothing to do with work performance but everything to do with popularity. inconsistent disciplinary procedures, where certain people can have an excessive number of complaints from other employees but will not be punished because of what managers they are friends with and those who keep to themselves and do decent work may be fired for their first mistake. High levels of gossip and rumors throughout every level of the resort. Upper level management leads by the do as i say not as i do model.
