New Company. Un Capped bonus potential. Stock options. Did not have the usual big pharma mentality. The company has the ability to make changes quickly due to it's small size.

Svantaggi

Low starting salary at the time. Only one product to sell in 2013 - Vascepa. Large territories. No company cars so you put a lot of miles on your personal car.

My experience at Amarin was positive. The work environment was supportive and encouraging, and the pay and benefits were fair and competitive. The work itself was satisfying and challenging, and I was given enough autonomy and freedom to do my job effectively without micromanagement.

Svantaggi

Management's business acumen could be improved, and some market opportunities were wasted due to a lack of risk-taking and short-sighted strategy. Despite this, I would still recommend Amarin as a place to work. The people are great, the work is interesting, and the company offers a good work-life balance.
