The facility is owned by over 5 individuals, information gets mixed up and no one is actually in charge so things get very confusing. Some of the owners have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are extremely rude to their staff. Most things aren't organized and when you need help the owners don't answer. If you need something fixed it doesn't get fixed properly and you're the one to deal with angry customers because all the owners have full time jobs and not one of them actually runs the place. You are obligated to clean everything as if you were a janitor and you 90% of the time you will receive less than 10 hours a week of work. The owners are just not cut out of for this. In my opinion one of them should buy it off the others. They treat their staff like garbage. Also no chance for advancement
