1. Corporate is very cliquey (if you do not fit into their Barbie mold, they are harder on you). 2. The COO and Area Manager are always on different pages, and communication is a disaster. 3. They do not protect the employees that they do not like - they will throw the difficult students and employees together in hopes that you quit rather than provide support and additional training. 4. Lack of professionalism from the COO and the Area Manager - you are often mistreated and are constantly compared to other team members within the company. 5. The COO and the Area Managers friends are promoted first regardless of seniority and will protect them at all cost (example - a teacher and director whom left a child outside for an extended period of time are able to remain in their positions because they are friends with the corporate team).
