I worked for three months, but a customer reported that I did not receive a package, amazon did not investigate my case, they only relied on the client's word, then I was fired.Sometimes hours work usually spend 3 hours, one day I had to deliver 56 packages total I delay 5 hours, call to make my claim, and your response was: if I can not make deliveries, I'd better leave it to other drivers.

Advisable to obtain extra income, but unfortunately are not fair, I consider that they do not respect the rights of the worker. They do not give you the opportunity to reset your account. Unfortunately amazon always gives the customer reason, does not realize that the customer can lie or defame a worker.

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
