Despite human beings in Support reassuring you that traffic conditions and app errors slowing you down, will not reflect in your history, it does. I worked several hours unpaid overtime trying to fulfil Amazon's commitments. Some parcels were minutes late. This was due to the Amazon app sending me miles out of my way in rush hour. I got terminated for the parcels in that block. I'm very upset as I worked damned hard. I take customer care very seriously.

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
