No pros at all. Don't get fooled into thinking your earning £13 per hour which you clearly aren't after expense more like less then the minimum wage!!!!

they expect you to take parcels which may take more then the time allocated . the worst company ever which in my opinion are not abiding to uk employee law properly!!!AMAZON FLEX have got various franchises so don;t think your working for amazon directly because you aren't

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
