Good pay Flexible schedule Different shift times available throughout day(5am-10pm) Can pick up or drop shifts pretty easily

Limited amount of shifts offered, sometimes hard to get hours. Depending on your area, only one type of shift might be offered. For example, only Amazon Fresh and Prime Now shifts are in my area. These are typically only 2 hour shifts and have a lot of packages with each delivery.

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
