Horrible, horrible virtual training. Management is verbally supportive but does little to help in actual cust svc environment. Hired for 20 hours per week but expected to work 38 (just under f/t) Very deceptive hiring practice. If you miss work you are terminated and CANNOT expect to work at Amazon again

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
