      Stealing tips from drivers, a customer told me after delivering to her if I had received the tip she gave when she ordered, I told her we don't get to see the until after few days and I thanked her and left.....few days later when the account was closed....no tip was included

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
