Pay is awful($16.00 hrly) The company advertises a pay scale of $45k+ a year and this is completely false. 5, 10 hr days, delivering packages at no less than 150 stops per day more commonly 200 stops a day and 250+ packages. Health insurance is the bare minimum required by law so no employee benefits. The company has given and removed raises 3 times in 1.5 years to all employees for the benefit of ownership. The offered “paid training program” is a joke. Fedex and UPS have a proven training program that works..I’d say go to either of these companies..awesome benefits, retirement, insurance and pay!!
