Favoritism, hard to move up, schedules change constantly within a year, some managers don't know what they're doing. There were always lazy workers who get promoted. Sometimes they let go good workers because they don't want to give benefits and keep the lazy ones because it's easier to let go and rehire other lazy ones, it's cheaper than giving benefits and permanency to hard working folks.
