Customers are the kings, workers are the slaves. The guys who handle driver issues are cruel, they know nothing about nature of delivery business. They answer driver e-mails with automated answer in 90% of the cases. They do not consider drivers as human beings. And they do not invest in delivery system with human drivers . They seem, they are anticipating for age of delivery with robots, drones. May be it is the reason that they do not consider current drivers as human being.
