The pay is decent for the amount of hours put in. Not to mention you don’t have to deal with customers and you schedule your own shifts

Amazon had a lot of available shifts when i started the job but the longer i worked for the company the more i had a hard time finding a shift. Now i get lucky if i get one shift a week. And keep in mind the shifts are only 2 hours so now it’s a waste of time and they’ve hired too many people

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
