      No wfh No job security No skill improvement Just will be stuck in non skill updation,just focus on leadership principles and internal tools for delivery No outside softwares or skills will be used Better to get a skilled company experience rather than sticking to the company with comfort because post this company you will find it hard to get a job outside companies
