Great pay and benefits (cant complain on that) 5. Opportunities to travel and network with Amazonians from all around the world 6. The culture is really customer obsessed. Its not one of those companies where you close deals that you benefit you but not eventually great for the customer.

1. It can be overwhelming at times 2. You have to be at your best at all times which means you cannot afford to be comfortable and cruise along. You have the continue to raise the bar. Not bad entirely but a bit challenging to keep up sometimes.
