      Extreme and constant organizational churn. Lack of career agency unless you keep moving, easy to lose control of your destiny. Aggressive 'out-perform' culture. Nobody is going to come back and help you over a wall you got stuck on. This is what gives Amazon its 'meat grinder' reputation.
