Understand what kind of ‘managers’ and ‘Human’ Resources you will be dealing with. Never allow anyone to play mind games with you. The Incompetent Managers and HR reps will go out of their way to tell you where you stacked among your team members, they will even compare salaries, seriously toxic. Don’t accept competing with your teammates. Please, don’t risk your career and livelihood before doing the research. Other locations outside of NA might not be as toxic.
