      - Give you quite a good amount of money. Has variety departments, from retail, infra, and internal tools. And many things are worth to learn. - This is really big company, but, also sufficiently agile.

      - SDE II's expectation ranges are huge, Promotion is not easy... - Technical skill is not that important. Always insisting "impacts", and sometimes the impactful thing is just adjusting the image size... If you want to be a star, good! if you want to be a expert... go to another company!
