There is very limited career progression, and job titles are inconsistent and often do not reflect actual day-to-day responsibilities, which may make future job searches more difficult. The company culture feels more like a family run business than a professional corporate environment, with senior management’s kids work there. Internal politics often take priority over focusing on meaningful work.

-Good industry finance role post qualification -Pay is fair for the industry, bonus' are good but rely on sell side of the business and have been poor in recent years -A good balance of a 'corporate' company with solid controls and systems but still small enough to get to know everyone in all departments

Svantaggi

-Promotions are subject to hereditary spaces, with virtually no scope to move sideways into other departments -ACCA studies for accounts assistants are partially subsidised, but there is no support system in place and there's zero priority to support study -Extremely weak and demotivating middle management
