Management is manipulative and insensitive of worker conditions. The company overpromises to clients even though the company does not have enough full time employees (at most 6 at a time) while several departments of the company are solely run by interns and entry level employees. The company is also into shady business practices such as blatantly lying to both clients and employees, not transparent in work processes, providing services that the company has no expertise in and forced unpaid overtime.
