After 2 years of work, no benefits, and no paid overtime. Ambient Group hires a lot of empooyees at low salaries, and replaces them very frequently. I was very lucky, and respected, to be there for 2 years. However, when I became proficient at Ion Chromatography (Analyzing levels of Na, Ca, Mg etc) and proficient at asbestos analysis, my salary went up from 15 to $23 an hour. A year working at this salary, and the company gave me unemployment and replaced me with lower paid workforce, that I myself trained. This company is a great place to learn, but the company wants to keep the workforce low paid, and at a quick turn around (so no one notices).
