1) employees don't get paid by ranges. 2) no objectives are defined or even areas as the main focus is to win public tenders and then it's up the programmers to try to solve it out. 3) hierarchy has only the CEO and the others. 4) Every week one or two employees leave the company, and one or two others are hired. 5) Don't try to leave at 6pm as the CEO will think it's strange.
