      Easy to get in... You will the paycheck that you want.

      1) employees don't get paid by ranges. 2) no objectives are defined or even areas as the main focus is to win public tenders and then it's up the programmers to try to solve it out. 3) hierarchy has only the CEO and the others. 4) Every week one or two employees leave the company, and one or two others are hired. 5) Don't try to leave at 6pm as the CEO will think it's strange.

      Senior management Sayings: “people are garbage” “your work is garbage”. The worst place. Gets aggressive, and verbally abusive. Stay away!

      A lot of stress. To get the work done I needed to work a lot of hours. As times goes by energy levels never recovered.
