This company has a very toxic work environment with unprofessional behavior at multiple levels, including HR and management. Employees’ personal boundaries are not respected, and there is frequent interference in private matters. Salary payments are unreliable—there are delays, missed payments, and sometimes only partial salaries are given. Many employees have faced similar issues. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1. Poor HR Practices: The HR team lacks professionalism and confidentiality. If an employee raises a concern or asks questions in private, it becomes public knowledge across the company. This complete disregard for employee privacy creates an environment of distrust and fear. 2. Zero Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to be available constantly, with no respect for personal time. The workload is overwhelming, and there's no structured approach to managing tasks or deadlines. 3. Lack of Project Management: Projects are poorly organized, with no clear guidelines or practices. Higher management frequently changes requirements, sometimes on a daily basis, making it impossible to achieve stability or progress. Employees are left scrambling to meet unrealistic expectations, which significantly affects productivity and morale. 4. Micromanagement from Higher Management: Senior leaders interfere with every aspect of project execution, often bypassing established procedures. Their constant involvement creates confusion and makes it challenging for teams to work effectively. 5. Toxic Work Environment: The overall culture is negative and demoralizing. There’s little to no appreciation for employee efforts, and criticism is handled poorly, further lowering employee motivation.
