No mercy with customers and employees. Part of Amcor's Mission Statement is: "our employees are our most valuable asset", which is absolutely not accurate ! Powerplayer. I worked here for 10 year s and served in different roles. I worked for multiple sites and maintained good relationships with a number of staff members on different sites. And after having completed successfully many profitable projects, proven in the sacred SFDC, the company simply will dump the employee. When a certain deal with a large confectionery customer does not go Amcor's way and bounces, they blame the customer and close 2 sites, making hundreds of employees redundant. Sure it's a loss, but many analists believe it was avoidable. Search Google.
