Management is driven by the agenda of pleasing the shareholders at the expense of welfare of co-workers. Work-life balance is a significant challenge. No career growth opportunities for those who want to advance. Pay raises are less than inflation adjusted. For the size of the company, it is too political. Struggled to make the best use of recent acquisitions to grow its footprint. No consideration for leveraging advanced technologies for innovation and competitive advantage, Millennial workforce is rare to find and there is no strategy to attract/retain them as future leaders.
