Poor company feedback, lack of coworker and manager support Mandatory overtime - 10+ hour days due to unmanageable workload. Everyone works this and expect you to as well. Truly terrible place to work for customer service/account management and plant work - the people at the bottom do the most and receive the least, even when you're supposed to be celebrated for all your hard work. Training is terrible - too fast, too little information, too many people who are training you because they don't have a dedicated trainer so other people have to add your training to their workload and rush through it.
