Very slow on getting to new technologies, finding matching people; Low quality of HR/Recruiting processes, inability to bring bright people, and inability to keep good professionals in core/strategic areas. Long term vision is absent on division/account level. Long term vision on executive level is based on dreams, but not on people. All is about short term (quarter revenue).
