Transparency between management and employees is one of the key factor in amdocs. You are an important player whenever it comes to make a process improvement or any other vital decisions.There are many other indirect benefits like Annual bonus on top of the salary, subsidized food facility,free of cost fruits/breakfast (saves a lot of unnecessary expenditure), well equipped gym (I miss this a lot), annual 1500 points (on which you can buy useful things or go for outing), frequent team parties etc. Apart from that, company culture is pretty open. They have Cabala Sabbath meetings every week which proves very useful for enhancing team interaction. Occasionally, director of your IDU can pick you up randomly to have 1:1 discussion and inquire about your comfortness with the organisation.It feels very good when top management is concerned about your queries. Finally, I have seen amdocs reward the employees very heavily who are loyal to them. I have seen people becoming Group leads by starting their career and staying here for 5 years

It's still CMM Level 3 organisation. That means, standard processes are not rigorously followed here. It is very difficult to adapt the culture especially if you are from service based industry. sometimes situation is thrown upon you and you are expected to own it completely. If you are from service based industry, you might get panic first time and may face a failure. Few get disappointed with it and run away from amdocs. Others try to cope up and come out strongly. There is little bit of politics too, involved wherever (I felt) Indian management is more in numbers. Also, nowadays they are cutting short business travels for employees citing the budget reason. It's kind of cost saving technique they adapted recently. One more difficulty you may face of inexperienced GL or manager sitting on your head (especially in India). Half knowledge people always create disasters and even frustrate you while working. However, situation will be better if any Israeli or foreign manager is handling the situation
