      - Lots of onsite - best in the business - Pretty relaxed atmosphere with minimal work - Good benefits and facilities like free breakfast, evening snacks, fruits (yes they provide fruits twice a day) and subsidized lunch - Best place for people who want to settle in their lives

      Svantaggi

      - Low salaries, only slightly better than major Indian IT companies - Work not so challenging, and quite proprietary to Amdocs products. Not so easy to switch after Amdocs - Lots of politics. If you change your team/project, the last manager won't give you good hike, no matter how you performed. - Not recommended for highly ambitious people

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
