Judging from previous reviews, it seems that reviewers are talking about the past as there were major changes over the last few years. There is a complete change of leadership now with a completely new outlook.
As other have said the company has HUGE potential. Many great people work at Ameda at all levels now - admittedly they may have had issues in the past.
It is a fun industry to be in as the company is very ethical about its mission - it is great to be helping moms
The new vision the execs talked about at town halls and now running with seems like the right way forward after false starts previously
Good overall benefits like health care, bonus etc

It is a high pace environment and as somebody before me said they need more 'worker bees' to get everything done
Past management changes had a negative impact on morale, but the new folks seem to want to change this
Too much financial focus
Need more space in the office
