pays well, remote work, good work/life balance and benefits

very large workload, stressful, sleazy tactics used to avoid paying claims, Customers are usually very upset and wonder why they got scammed into paying for an extended warranty for months that does everything to avoid helping them out. Terrible reputation with repair shops (many refuse to work with the company due to many complications that happen day to day). Very limited in the ability to actually assist contract holders.
