Interdepartmental communication is non existent and borderline toxic. Low accountability from upper management. Many long term employees have mastered the art of the "blame game".. Unfortunately, these issues are embedded in the culture, and as a result, it cultivates a high turn over employee environment .

My team and co workers, Especially Ron. Securing and managing clients. Working in a global environment where world events and the news apply to your day to do day work. Traveling to your events and seeing it all come together. Working from home and having that flexibility which has made an important impact to me. Helping deliver a good product. We have a lot of very kind and good people who work here and I value the job a lot!

I don't really see ACI hire within, or promotions only in certain departments like marketing and production here. I believe we can deeply improve on IRA education. Being insensitive to certain market feedback ( mainly price) from some international events and in cases not putting together measures to help provide a path forward to capture the market.
