The refer to friend process leaves a lot to be desired. You get written up even if poor reviews of the company have nothing to do with you and there are specific comments from the card members stating their issue is with someone else, or another department completely. Poor rtf scores affect your raise, bonuses, and your shift. Lots of micromanaging.
