      Anyone in management lies to your face, slanders your reputation despite giving you glowing accolades. You can get "Employee of the Month" and get fired the next day. Really negative atmosphere in IT the CIO is treading water trying to get his software he built in PHP to work with AS400 and does hot fixes himself daily without documentation so the developers re-break stuff when they push their code.
