Personal lines and business lines policies are largely hit or miss if competitive, Onboarding for new agents is a joke. They have lofty goals for those starting from zero to attain. If you miss you don't own your book and they will take all your hard work from you and give it to someone else. Sales goals for new agents are higher than tenured agents with existing books. If you don't have existing contacts in the agriculture or equine markets don't waste your time.
