      PTO Is good. Tuition reimbursement. Workers are intelligent, genuinely good and competent, and you can learn a lot if you apply yourself.

      Lower than average pay across all areas. Zero options for remote or hybrid work. Worse benefits and work life balance since the acquisition. Similar companies have more to offer, with better pay and hybrid or remote choices. I regret to say I no longer recommend this place as an employer to work for, especially if you are experienced or a good worker.

      There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
