The merging of "legacy" systems and "Duckcreek" caused billing behaviors and communications issues. - The company recently was purchased and underwent significant business decision changes. - Decisions to pull out of personal lines and focus on Commercial lines, caused a layoff for those unskilled in Commercial Lines.
