      Work life balance is okay

      Plenty of downsides commission percentages are low, micromanaging is their motto, charge backs hit harder than commissions do. You pay for your own supplies, they lend you a laptop and business cards. Management is there to do nothing but advise you into doing what's not right for their customers. Takes years to get promoted no room for growth.

      There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
