      Great team and flexible schedule. Training is available and managers treat employees fairly.

      Chaotic merger/buyout has led to a lot of layoffs. Harsh and pressure filled implementation of agile project management has led to stress filled workdays and a push to meet larger and larger goals (which have become unrealistic) each sprint. There is no annual bonus except for a tiny payout at Christmas.

      There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
