      Some of the employees are good people.

      The upper management are wrapped up in their own sordid affairs and cliques. They don’t care about the employees and would rather spend time on each other than developing. They promote their friends and give all the work to the hard workers while coddling the ones that can’t or won’t do the job properly. They block people from advancing out of the department.
