      -work on commission which can be lucrative -the environment can be fun -generally if you ask for a certain day off, management will work it out -known as a Los Angeles staple

      -no return policy/no photographs in store policy/no public restroom leads to angry customers -sales people unacknowledged by owners of store -regular management duties do not get completed in a timely manner, if at all -divide between sales people and buyers who should be working together harmoniously -understaffed MOST of the time, leading to late nights closing the store (from 10pm to midnight)

      The executive staff: Owner, CEO, CFO, & Buyer - awful communication, no personal accountability, strictly financially motivated, stuck in the past, and lazy. Requesting employees to go above & beyond to clean up their mistakes. New brands would be consistently worse. High turnover rate.
