      - Opportunities to get more hours in schedule - Multiple shifts to choose from (morning, midday, night) - Very lax, sedentary environment

      - Very dysfunctional management, virtually no communication between superior officers - Overtime/ holiday pay sometimes neglected in payroll - Scheduling sometimes only allowed for 8 hours in between shifts - Very poor notification system of new company policies/ schedule changes - Employment tends to resemble a "revolving door," many newcomers are usually fired within the first month

      This feedback was provided by a disgruntled ex-employee who was upset he was fired for violating numerous company policies - over 6 years ago. ASG has come a long way, and made significant improvements in our online scheduling and payroll systems. Advancements have also included online reporting and HR systems to allow employees access to all of the payroll information online.
