The office is a little worn down, but they are looking at ways to improve it and make it like new.

There were some nice people that worked there.

Some of the upper management team yells and berates the employees almost on a daily basis. Most of the time it's for no reason, and when coaching would indeed be applicable they swear at the employee and try to make them feel little so they themselves can feel bigger. They do not truck their employees. This is displayed by standing by the door to track peoples 10 minute breaks, and watching the entire warehouse on video cameras. These are all contributing reasons to why they have such a high turnover. The CEO, Gerard is a good guy, but unfortunately some of the other owners/management prevent this from becoming a viable employment option for any length of time. Salary-wise, none of the employees outside of the owners made a competitive salary. The owners are doing pretty well, though. During my time there, talks of a salary increase were met with much resistance, although they were much warranted. One reason for this review is because I've noticed that many of the reviews that are on Google, Facebook, etc... were entered by employees or relatives of employees in an effort to dilute all of the legitimate negative reviews. Please be cautious when considering this employer.
