The biggest positive is the people — about 95% of the team was great to work with and genuinely trying to do their best for the company and for themselves. Even individuals on the same team or within the same department are given different arrangements. Senior staff are often granted privileges that their direct reports are denied. They heavily preach cost‑cutting, yet allow certain teams to be wasteful and fund perks or community engagement events that fall short of their goals and misuse resources.
