      Made it through three years. Great people to work with within a department. You wear a lot of hats and learn alot about the industry because of it.

      Every year around March there will be layoffs only to have more people hired by the end of the year at lower pay of course. Lot's of room for improvement but stuck in the "this is the way we've always done it." Worked 50 - 60 hours a week. It was expected but not recognized nor appreciated.

      1. Excellent PTO. 2. Great manager and DO at my location. 3. Decent work-life balance.

      1. Large pay discrepancies between facilities (to the tune of $40k) between associates doing the same job. 2. Frequent implementation of policies or technologies that are either non-beneficial, time wasting, or fixing things that were not broken. I would admit there may be legitimate reasons for a lot of these, but if so they are either being poorly explained or not at all. 3. Failure to recognize the importance of individuals at the site-level and the impact they have in the facility.
