Exec Dirs here are more likely to get moved around to a new ED role than fired or disciplined. Some don’t even care about their teams and will actively demoralize their LT and reject them for recognition (both symbolic and monetary) in an effort to make themselves look good. There’s a great crop of managers, Sr Mgrs and Directors who will leave because of bad ED management and lack of opportunities.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
