Vantaggi

Compensation and benefits are competitive. Some hardworking and supportive colleagues.

Svantaggi

One of the most political work environments I have experienced. Visibility and internal politics often seemed to matter more than actual performance. Severe micromanagement that created constant pressure and made it difficult to work independently. Unrealistic workloads and expectations led to long hours and frequent burnout. Virtually no work-life balance. Employees were often expected to prioritize work over personal well-being. Management frequently appeared disconnected from the impact their decisions had on employees. The stress level was extremely high and, in my experience, negatively affected mental health. I witnessed multiple colleagues become emotionally distressed, due to the pressure and management approach. Constructive feedback was not always welcomed, making it difficult to raise concerns without fear of consequences. Employee well-being often felt like a talking point rather than a genuine priority. High turnover and low morale were recurring issues within teams.

Vantaggi

Excellent compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. Strong investment in innovation, patient-focused mission, and world-class manufacturing capabilities. The New Albany site offers exposure to complex biologics operations, large-scale capital projects, and opportunities to work alongside talented and dedicated professionals committed to delivering medicines to patients.

Svantaggi

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
