Beautiful campus and one week shut downs in winte / summer. Pay is competitive.

Health benefits have gotten terrible. Management is ill equipped and untrained. Continuous "improvement" initiatives that take years to develop and are extremely poorly implemented. Complete lack of training and increasingly unclear direction are common themes. Two additional weeks of time off, is not work the lack of support and development opportunities at this company. Things have continued to decline and I imagine they will not improve any time soon or at all given the condition of the current company state.
